777xn Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Use of the Platform

By accessing or using the 777xn platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them, together with 777xn's Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 777xn with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements of any kind relating to the subject matter hereof. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

To be eligible to register and use a 777xn account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

• You are not using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

777xn reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or address at any point. Accounts where eligibility cannot be verified to 777xn's satisfaction may be suspended pending verification, or closed permanently if satisfactory documentation is not provided within the specified timeframe.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account with 777xn. Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether under the same identity or a different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 777xn employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts.

At registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your mobile number, chosen password, and any other details requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update your details if they change, particularly your registered mobile number, which is used for account recovery and payment notifications.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 777xn will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 777xn support immediately and change your password.

As part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, 777xn may require you to submit identification documents — such as a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or proof of payment method — before processing a withdrawal or at any time at 777xn's discretion. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

All financial transactions on 777xn are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777xn does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through supported payment methods. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which 777xn accepts no liability.

The minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one business day. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically complete within 30 minutes of approval. Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used to deposit to the account, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. 777xn reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified before any fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and contact support if assistance is needed.

777xn offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, validity periods, game contribution percentages, and maximum bet limits while a bonus is active. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that offer.

• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are issued for personal, recreational use only. Systematic or professional exploitation of bonus offers is prohibited.
• 777xn reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or technical error.
• A maximum bet limit applies while a bonus is active. Bets exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being voided.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• 777xn's Eid and Ramadan seasonal promotions are culturally designed and may carry specific eligibility windows. Applicable terms will be published with each offer.

The rules governing specific games and betting markets — including cricket betting, live casino games, and slot titles — are published within the respective game or betting section of the 777xn platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game or market before participating. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 777xn does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except where a technical error can be evidenced.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or interruption during a game round or bet settlement, 777xn will apply the fairest available resolution based on the available game data at the point of interruption.
• 777xn reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of fraud, collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation.
• PSL and international cricket markets are offered subject to official match scheduling. Postponed or abandoned matches will be settled in accordance with the published cricket betting rules.
• Live dealer game results are final once the round closes and the outcome is confirmed by the dealer. No disputes will be accepted on the basis of player misreading of the interface.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 777xn and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in 777xn's intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 777xn content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of 777xn's intellectual property may result in legal action.

777xn collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and should be read alongside these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

777xn takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. However, no online data transmission is 100% secure, and 777xn cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

777xn is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides the following player protection tools, accessible at any time from your account settings without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit caps configurable by the player.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods.

777xn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms.

• The player has initiated an unauthorised chargeback via their payment provider.
• KYC or AML verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
• A regulatory requirement mandates account closure.

Upon legitimate account closure by 777xn for reasons other than fraud or Terms violation, any verifiable real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777xn, its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

777xn's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player to 777xn in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. 777xn makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure, though it takes reasonable steps to maintain availability and security.

777xn may amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 777xn will provide notice via the platform or to your registered contact details, where reasonably practicable, before the change takes effect. If you continue to use the 777xn platform after a revised version of these Terms takes effect, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree to any amendment, you should cease using the platform and request account closure through the support channel.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your 777xn account or the outcome of a game or wager, the following process applies:
